Nicely integrates SugarCRM applications Word, Excel and outolook.
Integrates with Outlook calls, oportunities, tasks, calendar etc.
If you have any problems in installation will respond quickly.
I recommend this app does what it says for a reasonable price of $ 60 / year per user.

V Version 3.1 crashes with Win 7 Pro 64bit and Outlook 2010 64bit

useful program - but after changing to a new system (all 64bit) - even the latest version 3.1 - which should be 64bit ready - crashes Outlook each time I use it.

Good customer support

The acid test for any product offering is when things go wrong. We had an issue with SugarCRM account access from Outlook. Once informed of the issue, Grinmark response was speedy to respond and stuck with the issue until resolved. Would recommend this top plugin and it is a critical component to organising and synchronising Office tools with your SugarCRM database.

We have been using the Sugar-to-Outlook Plug-In for months but have had issues where tasks are synced to incorrect users. Two users ended up with all tasks for all Sugar users in their Outlook task list. It was a nightmare. I submitted a case to Sugar and after some time, they said it was a defect. I have seen this task issue resurface several times in the forums over the past few years.

We are in the process of converting to Grinmark and haven't had any problems with the syncing. Grinmark is dependable and has lots of flexibilty for syncing. The support is wonderful as well. I always receive an answer to my questions within a day. The only option we wish were in Grinmark is the ability to connect the Outlook Contact Company name to a Sugar company name. (similar mechanism when archiving emails for company search).

Very glad I purchased this thing, it works just fine. I experienced some troubles at first but thanks to the fast and quality support I found that the problems were only mine and fixed them. Not supported on Visata/windows 2008 server

Problme of
System.IO.FileNotFoundException: The specified module could not be found. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8007007E)
at SugarSoapCommon.SugarSettings.SetPassword(String srcpassword)

Problme. Could not understand what security setting is required, even under working in admin mode.

Poor Synchronisation for high price

The contacts synchronization is not two-way. You have to know when and what has been changed in which system (SugarCRM or Outlook). It is sometime not predictable what the plug-in is doing (says successfully synchronized but contact is not visible in SugarCRM).
If you don't need contact synch functionallity, then take the free version. 60$/year for such a poor implementation is too much.

Template Processing Does Not Work

Previewing a word doc generates an exception error and "Fill" option opens word and then does nothing. Maybe for outlook integration this product is good but for working with word, useless. Sugar Version: 5.20a

Works Great for me!

I have been looking for something to archive the hundreds of emails that i get a day from all my clients and GrinMark addin seems to work just great!

I have tried all the others with major dissapointments including Jrabbit that crashed my outlook to the point of uninstalling Outlook and loosing all my emails. So far so good with this one.

The only downside I can see is you have to archive your attachments too so i can only archive what my servers max upload is set to, 50MB, so i cant do all of them at once. Big Whoop! I am using the Free version and that might be an option in the upgrade, but other than that, Great product! Thanks!

If you need some enlightenment id be glad to help. This plugin has helped us a lot to put our business to new heights.

Overly positive reviews!!!! Product is subpar

After reading the reviews I went ahead and installed the plug-in. The free version is GARBAGE! All you get to do is sync your e-mail and word docs. That is 1/10th of functionality most users need. What waste! Call it a DEMO not free version.

Works successfully with MS Office 2007 / Vista / Sugar 5

I have been using the latest version and works great with OL 2007/ Vista/ sugar 5. I'm very impressed with this plugin. I purchased the PRO version and am not sure what exactly is missing in the free lite version. This plugin is much better than I was expecting. I have a right-click context option built in to my shell for uploading and archiving any doc, same ability built into all office apps. The outlook plugin works flawlessly (something I can't say for every other sugar/outlook plugin I've tried - including Sugar's own). It also includes a great bonus called the activities monitor enabling me to have alerts and be able to create calls/meetings directly from my desktop. I couldn't be happier with this plugin.

Good Addin BUT...

This is great addin but it doesn't work with Office 2007 on Windows Vista. Plase make it work it is great!
