Act now to create your listing on the new SugarExchange!

At SugarCRM, we strive to make every customer relationship extraordinary. A key part of this strategy will be the new SugarExchange, which will be the goto place where our customers and partners will explore our ecosystem, discover add-ons, and get more information to make informed technology decisions.

In the near future, the current SugarExchange and the ISV page on will be redirected to the new SugarExchange. If you would like to have a listing on the new SugarExchange, you MUST take a moment and follow the steps below to create a listing.

As you get started, keep in mind the new SugarExchange is for add-ons targeted for commercial versions of SugarCRM, e.g. Professional, Enterprise. We’ve setup a GitHub repository for open source, CE add-ons.

You can sign up for an account on the new SugarExchange welcome page (upper right). We strongly recommend that you review the “Getting Started” guide before making your listing. This will provide answers to many of the commonly asked questions. We’ve tried to keep these steps easy so you can have everything done in about 30 minutes.

If you get confused or stuck, you can post a question in the Sugar Community integration category. (We’ll be tying everything together with SSO shortly, so if you sign up for an ID, make sure to use the same email address.) You can also send an email to your Sugar partner team.

Riva - Sync CRM to Exchange and Notes

Exceptional Service and Great Advice

We were originally using an outlook plugin that was simply painful and decided to investigate Riva. We were set up with a trial version and the people at Riva (particularly Jesse Craig in support) helped us through one or two hurdles with our set up. We then decided to implement the full Riva system and were advised to use the Corporate setup as opposed to the Company setup (which we were currently trialling). I cannot tell you how much better this is from an operational and user maintenance perspective. Without Jesse's guidance we probably would have had a great Riva setup anyway, but would have had to set every user up individually. With the Corporate setup, it's one setup process and then you just add user names. The system has worked flawlessly from Day 1 and also without a hiccup during a heavy day's training of all users. The users understood the system easily and were using it straight away. We have not had that experience in the past with outher systems/plugins. We would recommend Riva to anybody looking to install a seamless system for outlook/CRM synchronisation. It really has been the best we've seen by far.

Great tool for seamless integration

Riva is a great tool to make CRM work as easy as possible for your sales team.
Without interference of the user all his sugar contacts, opportunities, issues and tasks are syncrhonised into Exchange and back to outlook. And outgoing mail is automatically processed for new contacts, new accounts or added as conversation under existing accounts.

Great support from the Riva team in case of trouble, I can recommend this to all professional sugar users.
