Great tool

This is a great connector and is highly appreciated by our sales department, who can now see the activities per contact/prospect nwithout having to leave SugarCRM. The synchronisation between Pardot and SugarCRM works well and is also fast. We never had any problems with it.

Pardot Sugar Connector

We have had the Pardot Sugar Connector in our system for about a year and a half and have not experienced any issues with it. It performs as advertised. The only time we had a problem with it was when we did some backend stuff our end, but it was an easy fix to get it back up and working again.

Replaced custom API with Pardot Connector

We are happy, long-time users of Pardot.
We recently replaced a custom connector to Sugar with the Pardot connector. The project was complicated with years of customizations that needed to be addressed. The Pardot team went above and beyond to help us ensure our project was a success.
I would recommend Pardot to any company using Sugar, looking to implement an integrated Marketing Automation solution.

We built and grew our marketing function using Pardot and love it!

We simultaneously deployed Pardot while building a marketing function and have since seen tremendous growth in annual revenue, company size, and number of active customers. In the first year of using Pardot for our marketing automation system at Epicom (a CRM consulting, development, and integration firm), our website leads increased by 63%. The Pardot support team is quick to respond and the training sessions helped our team get up to speed quickly and are great for a quick refresher course. Pardot is a growing company that is dedicated to advancing the product which gives us confidence to push all of our marketing communication and tracking through this platform. Pardot’s robust application and easy to navigate interface enables our consistent communication with customers and prospects. We are actively using the WebEx connector to better measure the success of online events, and we rely heavily on the integration between Pardot and our SugarCRM system. After attending the Pardot Users Conference, we improved our drip program click-through-rate (CTR) by 6% and continue to increase our click to conversion rate.

We use Pardot here at SugarCRM for http://www.sugarcrm.com and think its a fantastic solution. I highly recommend it for any company that wants to get analytical about growing their lead flow.
