Like the previous reviewer I have tried contacting Zucker three times now with no response. No way am I willing to pay so much for a product unless I can trial it first. Also doesn't give me any confidence that even if we bought it that we would get any support from Zucker if they can't even answer a simple email

I'm very interested in this product, but cannot get in touch with the provider of ZuckerExchange, go-mobile IT.
I have some question for this product, but doesn't dare to buy it before I get some answers!
